If for any reason Desert Knight News needs to take corrective action by canceling your advertisement because of improper or illegal use of the Desert Knight News website, you will NOT be entitled to any refund of any fees. Please refer to our terms of use policy for additional information.

Cancellation and Error Policy

Classified advertisements are NOT refundable. No refund for early cancellation. In the event that you purchased an ad and placed the ad in the wrong category, don’t worry, don’t panic, we’ll help you fix that situation by moving your ad to the correct category. We don’t want you to pay twice, we prefer satisfied customers. Use our contact form and notify us immediately. Be sure to include your Ad ID number, a brief description, and the existing category where the ad should appear. We’ll follow up and send you an email notification once the item has been fixed.
